  • i am listening for a shift but i dont hear it. you must have it set REALLY early. i am not sure if i want a picco or not. any probs with this engine?

  • @DustyonTA Yeah, it's set super early. I didn't want to blow the tranny. No need for 1st gear with so much torque. If I was going to build another one I would go with the red dot Picco. The .26 made it more of a basher, it handled like poo at the track. It was more top heavy with it.

  • dead sexy i want to buy one and drop a lrp .28

  • oh and i was wondering.. i want to go completely aluminum on every aspect of the susp. (a-arms, rods/turnbuckles, front+rear steering blocks, rockers, piggyback shocks, etc.) and front+rear bumpers, and front+middle+rear skid plates.. everything aluminum.. i wont be racing it itll only be a basher.. good idea, yea or nay?

  • i know you put in into the description of the video but i was wondering if you could give me a list of all the upgrades you did and the prices of them and which ones you did right off the bat it would be much appreciated thanks!!

  • sorry man did not read the tittle but still good job!

  • did you have to change the mount?and nice job man it looks like its running around 65mph

  • SELL ME YOUR TRUCK! LOL

  • Have you had any transmission trouble with the big block?

  • no, not till i put the engine setup in a revo and now its locked into second gear. for single peed. But as far as the slayer, i just had it shifting out of 1st really soon to lessen the blow form 1st to second

  • Fuck, that's ridicously fast. :O

  • my friend just put the .32 mutilator engine into his slayer

  • how did you like that rtr slayer stock

  • it was OK. the 3.3 motor didn't make enough torque for me and it rolled a lot because of soft suspension.

    any more questions?? later

  • i baught one yesterday any problems i should know about before i run it

  • go through the whole truck and tighten all nuts, bolts and blue loctite on the metal stuff. seal the carb and back plate of the engine. And one of the best things you can do is put shoe goo on the c-clips of the axles. ive heard its been an issue for some. i took care of it before i drove it the 1st time and haven't lost one yet with the big block. other than that...break it in and have fun...anything else

  • nope thanks

  • cool. post up some vid when ya get it runnin' nice
