I hate when people say to skip the ram muay to watch the fight. The Ram muay is probably the most respectful and cultural part of muay thai... why would you skip it?

@Enix2738 It's called the wai kru ram muay. It's a tradition in thailand done before every fight to honor your trainers and other things. It's fairly complicated. I don't know that much about it, but its pretty interesting and a major part of the tradition of the sport.
