  • Nice description. Well delivered. Something that I have discovered works a little better than parafin wax is the Johnsons paste wax. it doesn't tend to gum up as much on the work surface and makes for a nice smooth work surface. Great description and demonstration.

  • Joe Fusco passed away last year. His videos remain as an inspirational legacy. Thanks Joe!

  • will have an astronomical prize

  • Amazing.

  • At about 3min 42 sec there was a not nice sound as some of the wood chipped. The machine seemed to almost stall at one point making me think using the of 1400 would be more suited. The jig looks great. I got the leighs jig but watching this I see you can flip the jig up. Lifting the router before the machine stops is bad practice. Let it stop then remove from work piece. I know I have done that too.

Can the jig do through dovetails? I like the support keeping the router straight.

  • Any Festool Dealer or at Festool.c o m

  • Where can the jig be purshased?

  • It's a 1010 router, but you can use either.
