lol i only just noticed your based in medway. i used to live there :D. Are your dynamos the LED, 100w, or 250w version?

Hi they are the 100w version as long as you keep the optics clean they are very bright for a 100w light i feel that the 100w version are the best ones as the led ones are not as bright and the 250w ones the bulbs have a short life my 100w ones the bulbs last about 1 year but they only cost £5 each

Thanks for letting me know. You can buy philips 1000w bulbs for just £19 each which isnt bad, but i think 250w might just be a little to powerful for small sized venues. Might go with led or 100w.

from what i have seen the led arenot very bright so i would go for the 100w ones

i get my bulbs for them on ebay you can get osram ones for about £5 but i would not use ome bulbs im just off now to do friday nights gig so the log should be on here in a day or two

Yea led dont look that bright. 100w is definetly worth the price i think. Good luck with the gig, i will be looking forward watching it!
