This same thing happened to my phone about a year ago as well. I never did find a fix and have had to live with it since... Oh well, I'm about to upgrade soon as it is...
@kaielah15 Same problem, only with an 8220. My dog almost ate the whole phone. The housing is filled with teeth marks and he damaged the camera. I thought that by replacing the camera the purples-greens problems would be fixed so I bought another camera module and no luck. I have the same problems if I don't hold the camera in a certain position. I even put a piece of tissue to exercise pressure on the contacts but it over heated and turned off the device. Guess once the camera is dead is dead
Sorry, I wasn't able to fix it. I pretty much gave up on it after spending several hours searching the web and trying various things. Good luck thou. If you fix yours I would appreciate it if you dropped another comment here. Thanks.

I have this problem, simple fix. remove your battery for 30sec and put it back! And its swag again

everytime i go to take a picture the screen is green and fuzy. It also doesn't let me see the picture after i take one

I'm having the same problem. Support (in Japan) told me to delete all device date, but it didn't work. Have you found a fix yet?

bring it to your service provider, and have them reinstall the operating system. you can do it by your self but if they do it they're reliable.
