Albert is not doing steroids. He is a big man, no doubt but 6'3" and 230 lbs is not that abnormal for a modern athlete. I used to live in STL and waited on both Albert and Mark McGwire. There is a huuuuge difference. Albert ain't doping. He may very well be older than he claims, but other than that...

unbelievable how consistent he is. show me a pitch where he isn't off balance. he swings down and hits the bottom half of the ball and with his swing speed puts an incredible amount of backspin on the ball. he is a living hitting lesson

I'd have to say I agree with KingReapman, I just got back from working out with Baseball factory and my instructor made a good point, I too finished tilting back and that is wrong, your supposed to transfer your weight from the back to the front or else you risk losing power and you'll constantly collapse your backside which was my problem...
