Link - Sluggish attacks, mid-speed attack rate, but good hit stun and excellent out-of-shield option smash attacks

Eh, it was fairly obvious tbh. If Marth's opponent's on high damage and the stage has walk off edges or not much horizontal distance from the ledge, then you can expect an upB out of shield most of the time.
