come on i know that 800r can wheelie better than that... and ya polaris has had major enogine problems the last few years, pretty much ever since they came out with the 900 fusion which was a joke. my buddy has a '09 dragon 800 with a self fabricated turbo kit that is frickin rediculously powerful so the new motors seem to take it well

1st is Yami, 2nd is Doo, 3rd is Poo, and 4th is Cat!! I own a Yami Apex, a Doo 800HO, And Poo all have their pros and cons, but you can't beat the fact that the 800r is 150+ hp and 50lbs lighter than any of the competition.

yeah the early relece models (ie some X models too) would dangle the skis as long as you keep the hammer down, thankfully skidoo fixed this before they started production

im sorry but are you blind, deaf or dumb? or is it all 3. cuz you would have to be to think that it has no power! have you ridden one of them? i have the 800 X and that thing wheelies all the way to 80 mph and thats with the blocks on the lowest setting.its not supposed to wheelie right now, but it has so much power that it overrides the track! plus it has a 0-90 time of 2.5-3.0 secs. you can't tell me thats not fast!

i dont know about those new doo's, those wheelies are decieving, they look like they have so much power but if u look there tunnels are about dragging on the ground and i dont mean the bumper, you can ride wheelies like that on about any sled if you turn the suspension way down. show me wheelies of the 08s on their bumpers, then i will be impressed.

its the prototype...i think the skidoo guys said that the rails and suspension was set up like the race sled. they said the sled that skidoo will sell to the public will have a 4 degree difference somewhere on the rail so it won't get that much weight transfer...was a fun sled..goodwin clutched that one i believe

The apex is a dog, its an alright snowmobile but 150 hp isn't that great for a 1000cc, the skidoo 800r's are pushing 155, and thats an 800, plus, its 300cc bigger than the apex, that would make a difference.
