police in indiana are pretty bad man. it seems everywhere in the state they have there own laws and they will lie and back each other up all the time. it is unfortunate that indiana is a drug highway in a lot of places. but still these hick backwards ass police are violators. i grew up in muncie and live in michigan. i still travel back there often to visit my mother. i get pulled over everytime i go to indiana, for having michigan plates. they tell me every time it looks like i was swerving.

A soon as the dog got near the vehicle, it would have alerted right away, if there was anything to smell. cops dont like it when you exercise your constitutional rights. he wanted in your van bad.

You shoudl ahve stayed on him 100% of the time because alot of the tiem cops force the dog to give a false action by exciting the dog with words ro movements so the dog makes the action of something in there. K9 units do this ALL over the world in any situation they feel, it is more a power abuse they do regardless of your activities. Is it preventable to stop this power abuse... not with the current human average mind frame, like it or not but we are incapable to fixing this for now

to prove guilt, the prosocution will have to provide probable cause, follow proper proceedure, show physical evidence, and follow every rule of law to a 'T'... of course YOU will have to object to anything that is not within the perameters of the preceding and use it for motions to dismiss

Folks, PLEASE don't get your legal advice from Youtube lawyers. You'd be better off seeking counsel from a derelict crack addict than you would listening to what a Youtube Comment Lawyer has to say.
