Wrong, the government shouldn't eliminate options for non-censorship however it's fine for them to not allow certain scenes (aka censorship) under certain ratings.
THATS what the ratings board is there for, it works but the idiots at fox seem to want to ignore that.

Yeah, it's just one of those things that's a very fine line. Censorship "to an extent" is ok, lest we be bombarded with images we don't want to see (child pornography for example).
Catagorizing most minorly harmless offensive material into limitation by age groups or parent consent is perfect, it's a crying shame though that people seem to think it falls on a companies responsibility to control it IN their homes... rather than just parenting their child.
