Now if someone could regulate current based on cell temperature, life would be great.
I'm just messing with you. I have not come to a conclusion if regulating current based on cell temperature is even worth doing just yet.
What kind of heat sinks and cooling do you have for the MOSFET's? (I couldn't make it out in the video)

Excellent. I'm assuming the circuit is off when the ignition is off, so the voltage detection is to be sure that the alternator is running, thereby disabling the cell if something happens to the alternator? I like it.
