Audra McDonald is such an amazing Grace. She's so lovely and graceful. It doesn't help she has one of the most amazing voices ever. I love this Grace better than 1982.

You are not being racist, you are stating a fact. The richest man in the world would probualy hire someone with experties not because of there skin colour but its a 75:25 chance.

@dramakid95 true, but I think the one in charge of casting (or whomever employed him/her) wanted to make an impression, in spite of the historical inaccuracies xD (I do LOVE her as Grace, though. I like to think that he could see potential and not care what package it came in; a rare but possible trait in that time *ramble ramble*)

@dramakid95 thats racist. The color of your skin doesnt matter. Condoleeza Rice was the secretary of defense and she was a dark skinned women. I was color of skin cause their americans just like you.

@Mystikal22693 You understand that America (most of it, at least) is as it is today because of a large movement in the 1960's called the "Civil Rights Act", effectively abolishing segregation (separation of races).
This movie takes place before that, in 1933, where pretty much every non-white was treated like scum.

@dramakid95 Its not racist but me being an american of color see it in a different way....you make a good point dont get me wrong its the fact of we cant truly say that there has never been a black secretary to a rich man before during that era....its a good assumption but not true....so you cant judge that matter neither can i....all we have is history that tells us stuff like that....but in most minds isnt true....
