  • If you look at your exercise as a way to help lessen your stress level it will help motivate you to do it. It is such a great feeling when you complete a workout, especially when you feel like things in your life are not always going your way. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the bread/pasta/rice completely. After a few months you won't miss it. The instant breakfast probably won't keep you full very long, just a thought.
