This news is false the J-10 is currently built with russia saturn lyulka AL_31F engine,their domestic ws 10 engine isn't safe enough to be put into single engined fighters it is currently undergoing limited flight testing on j 11 i.e chinese built su-27 flankers which have 2 engines.According to most aviation experts a safe engine is still about 5 years away so no it isn't happening unless russia agrees to sell the engine which it won't because it would rather sell its own jets which are better.
