For everyone that didn't know, Ryu's style is based off an assassination art, with the moves being tuned to perform without the intent to kill. But as Ryu has proven time and time again, this can be simply bypassed, if he wished. I mean come on. He's basically the good version, and rival of a guy who can break an Island with a slap! Not to mention the power boost he gets when he gets angry. Ryu wins, hands down.
