avast rocks i had gotin a few viruses from some doosh bags on youtube i had not botherd with them for a while and just kept any info off my computer but then it started acting funny like wanting to download stuff by its self and crud so i started up avast and deleted them mo fucking bitches >:) easy to do and then i scaned again after clean out no viruses found :)

Anyway. Avast! is wonderful. I had AVG previously, and somehow managed to get a virus that AVG didn't detect and didn't know how to remove... but Avast! is great. It's easily skinnable, the interfaces are extremely easy to use, most importantly the virus detection is the best I've seen... and the home edition is FREE!

all anti-viruses come with a restore option for false positives ect... think of that you delete a file that was a system one...in your chest its safe yet it still runs your system..but what if it was a false positive you cant restore it so it will always be in your chest thats why :P
