EEK!! That's what you call learning the hard way. I can't even imagine how painful that was. I knew they were lethal, so the ONE time I tried one, I took a VERY TINY bite out of it. Now... I do like spicy foods, and the heat of chilis and jalapenos, but my mouth was on fire for an hour, and I felt it for the rest of the day. Haven't touched one since, and I shudder at the thought of eating one.
At least it looks like the reaction was mutual. LOL
