The following alone is enough to prove that Macedonia is Greek.
1) In the ancient Olympic Games ONLY GREEKS were ALLOWED to participate
2) Ancient Greeks were "racists"
3) Macedonians partcipated in the ancient Olympic Games. Phillip, father of Alexander had won
So there is no doubt. Ancient Greeks believed that Macedonians were Greeks, so did Macedonians.
Greeks would never allow someone to participate in the Olympic games even if one of his great grandfathers was Persian
