I still remember the first day i heard ozzy's voicem belting tunes and melodies that would forever encapsulate my mind. but enough with the poetry, the lyric change was the in-between stage btwn walpurgis and war pigs. walpurgis was writtenfor a coven of witches but the record company didnt want to sell that song so they changed some of the lyrics around. listen to different releases, the older the release the more 'different' the lyrics are.

The way the note "wobbles" is called vibrato, and that's being applied by the fretting hand to adjust the pitch rapidly and doesn't require a whammy bar, but the way the note seems to merge into a higher one is where the sound is vibrating the strings and creating a harmonic of the original note as far as I understand it, the doing's easier than the explaining sadly.
