check the law on how to get your licence, depending on how long you have been in the UK and if you are already holding a CBT with a UK licence you may HAVE to take in the UK.
You have to sign/declare you have been resident in the UK for 6 months, i imagine Cyprus has a similar law to prevent people from any other EU country to get there test there
My experience is I done my CBT in the UK but done test completely in the Netherlands due to being here for over 6 months. It was bloody hard !
yeah i know how imple it sounds on paper lol, but the nearest test center to me is swansea which is a bit of a trek given that i cant use the M4, im off to cyprus in a few weeks anyway to see my dad ect, so i'll probably get me provisional sorted over there and ee if i can get like a last minute test booking or something, the cyprus test is literally just going around a car park and a slalom. the UK test is still an option then if anything goes wrong
lew what we should do is meet up somewhere between where we live, which i assume would be like newport maybe, get some cones and the measurements and practice module 1
I like the Cyprus music. That quota thing is wrong is bogus if that's going on. I'd say go for the hard test and if that fails go for the Cyprus, unless failing the first one disqualifies you from taking the Cyprus one.
