Am I right in thinking that magnetism is a form of potential energy in its own right? If thats the case, then surely the magnetic energy needs to be taken into account when doing these calculations? if this energy source is put into the initial input calculations, wouldnt this balance out the 'free energy' that is coming out of these systems?
