By the way he forgot to put the fact that if u downloaded it to your desktop you've got to extract it

to do this:

You need to right click on the file then click extract here and on ce thats don there should be a folder saying psp and somethin else(ignore that ) then you copy and pste the folder into psp common and then continue on what this guy said

if it says "content can not be displayed", then you have typed it in wrong. All portals usually end in ... /index.html

put that at the end and try.
