Try torrents, you need a program to download them, and then search for the ghost in the shell soundtracks. There are 7 OSTs that I know of.

I'm not entirely sure, but I have heard somewhere here on youtube, that this intro was aired for only the first and maybe second episodes, before it was changed to the cgi version? so probably just seen in Japan, is my guess...
