Yeah, a bit. It's a little odd that the standard Sim voice for an adult man sounds like Gin and the standard female child voice sounds like Yachiru, but those voices come with the game.

Yeah, the one at the top. And after you get to the Sim Exchange, the searchbar will be along the side, along with some other specifications you can make as to gender and age group.

A'ight, since you did your homework and found the site yourself, I'll tell you how to use it. Go to the section labled "Exchange... Sims", and type "bleach anime" or "soul reaper" into the searchbar. Then download it.
