I recently found out one of my friends was a brony. I came at him with, "Y U BRONY?" Honestly just wondering, because hey, I somehow comprehend that many males like the show.  He said "Why not?" which is convincing me, hey, if there are guys, even some of my friends, who are fine with saying that they're bronies, then fine. 6- Realize that I'm upset I didn't get into this fandom sooner.

I watched it and gave it a try as soon as the trend starting to come into motion out of curiosity - I thought it was just a meme.

It wasn't bad, but I do think it is overrated as there are many cartoons that I think have gone deeper than MLP but not give deserved attention like it has - hence leading me to the thought that most of MLP fans are cultured due to it's fandom based of a fad. But I gave it a few tries and it doesn't spark with me, but at least I did try with an open mind.

The old shows before "Friendship is Magic" were most definitely not bland except in you guys' imaginations. They were just as good, in fact better, than this show. I like Friendship is Magic too, so no cracking down on me for not liking the show. I've been a fan of MLP all my life and I still say the vintage show was the best.
