I can't imagine ever hurting my daughter. I was physically and sexually abused from 4 until I was 10 by my step-father. I often forget how lucky I am that I survived. I was raped by my moms boyfriend when I was 15 and got pregnant. That's the one thing I hate about every child abuse story where the parent(s) killed the child. All these children died loving their parents. I read in an article that Riley said "I love you" to her mother WHILE HER MOM WAS BEATING HER! I was ready to cry when I read it.

They were both charge with capital murder and received life sentences. Kimberly may be eligible for parole after 38 years (November 24, 2047) and Zeigler has no possibility of parole at all.

I can not comprehend how a mother can participate and/or let this happen to her child. Didn't the child's pleading and crying to stop or for help have any impact on these sick people? What that poor little angel must have gone through is unthinkable and makes me want to vomit. I have a little girl who just turned 4 and to imagine someone doing that to her is the death of me. Unbelievable. I wish I could take the physical and emotional pain away from these children & put it back onto the abusers

WHAT in the world could a little child that age, that size and that vulnerable EVER do to an adult so bad to make the adult want to do that stuff to a child?! These people are sick! They should be tortured like that, but worse, so they can see what that little girl had to go through. The last thing a little girl should see is her mommy tieing her shoes, and her daddy teaching her to catch a ball. Not being drowned and tortured by the people that are supposed to protect you. SICK PEOPLE. GROSS!
