She has no choice but to go all out. This is the right way to play the viola with an orchestra. Unless they mic her up, there's simply no way you'll hear her with any less volume output.

Yeah, anyway, she is GOOD...holy shoot, SERIOUSLY good!!! It sounded great, except it echoed too much...seriously, it was kinda hard to tell which instrument was the viola and which was the orchestra or however you put it. Oh well. Besides that, it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!
if she used a viola size 440mm?

uhm, HELLO.
rule number one of playing with a soloist - if you can't here the soloist, PLAY SOFTER.
the orchestra should accomodate the soloist, not the other way around.

overall, i like this a lot. but the triplet double stops that supposed to be played smoothly are a bit harsh. But at least they're in tune :)

actually, this is the correct tempo thats marked on the music. And, she has to project considering shes performing it with an orchestra
