  • Should take a maximum of 1 min or so to change or find the problem.

  • @Sarge836 Awesome, thanks for your comments, its good to hear from a fellow tech.

Looks like you might just be the speediest tech in the land--1 min.--that's impressive. The book and video are made for people with little or no repair experience. Troubleshooting lamp outages can be a troubling, confusing experience for many, so it can be a good idea to mark lamps. Important...ALWAYS wear protective eyewear. Sunglasses are fine as long as they offer 100% UV protection. Thanks for watching!

  • Sorry you do need protective eye wear but sun glasses will not help much but better then nothing.

  • First of all don't use Sun Glasses, they don't help much. You don't need to put anything on the lamp, just count from bottom up, much easier. Just flip flop lamps to see if its the lamp, or starter or ballast. You are making way to hard or difficult. Just a thought. I'm a tech by the way.

  • Just change the starter and lamp in one go, then throw the old lamp and starter out the window lol , I am getting confused with the tape lol, gud video tho

  • I might be getting a tanning bed like that! (:
