You're mixing up a lot of the guitar parts of the song and kind of ignoring how he also plays the vocal melody on the guitar during the verses.

it's not too bad dude. You do some good work on the guitar and such. You can hit a lot of the high notes that I can only dream of hitting. The falsetto is a little shaky, but i applaud it for what it is. A decent cover, which is EXTREMELY hard to come by on youtube. you've got a good voice and you know what you have to work at. Keep it up.
