excellent point, deedeez! we should all refuse to buy foreclosures: the fed gave money to the banks already to pay the investors -most of them from china, i heard- so now it's just a game of monopoly with real money. i have a feeling that GOD is watching (not that HE ever misses anything...)
If that house was here in my neighborhood it would sell for $300,000 in a week.
