Same here. I always wondered why what seemed like a Shadow rip-off was so big... then I read one of his stories. It's a lot of fun (violent fun).

@yoshi3329 cause he was one mean s.o.b. One famous moment in the series was his need for a human head apparently for a sting operation; he simply searched til he found a criminal in the midst of a crime...and then casually decapitated him!

Now this is a character I know almost nothing about. The Avenger is another. I only know of that one due to the Doc Savage connection. G8 is one I've seen mentioned by Farmer, and that's it. Looking forward to it.

Yeah, I was bummed about the Ram Singh picture too, but it was all I had to work with. The other pic I found was in color and I felt it would have been too jarring a change in that spot. Glad you like the video, though :D

Glad I went back and watched this again today. I assume the tiling on the cover of The Spider Strikes was intentional (not a look I favor, I get that enough from Comcast). Shame image of Ram Singh was a bit blurred and not as clear as Wentworth and Van Sloane. Otherwise excellent visual tribute.
