My mother father. How about me???????? Dr David N Penton I lived in Lafayette Louisiana right in the 60' s when Rod Bernard and Warren Storm were spining re
This is one of the songs I remember from my teenage years! In fact, when I started my first band-----this was one of the songs we did! Great song and great artist too!
check out the shades band playing mathilda, the drummer sounds a lot like warren storm, i bet they are from louisiana.....but they say they are from up state somewhere
OH My! I love this song and have not heard it for many years! What memories! It is wonderful to think back of the good ole' days back home in South Louisiana. Best music in the world.
Good record, and probably a bit risky at the times in the lyrics, challenging the idea of sin as it was. Probably lots of stations at the time wouldn't play it. Might have been a bigger hit.
THIS IS HEARD ALOT ON 100,3 KLRZ!! NOTHING LIKE GOOD OL LOUISIANA SWAMP POP OLDIES!

This is so cool. I was just at Rod's home. I am good friends with his daughter. She told me to look him up on youtube. WOW! This is surreal

His brother Oscar is my uncle and I remember them playing this at the old Farm Festival that used to be at the Blackham Coliseum.
