@assmuncher1984 which A4 do you have? the main difference is that the S4 comes with a V8... thats for starters mod wise the V8 isn't as tuneable as the A4's motor altho you do start off with 340hp from the factory... i just prefer the S4's overall agressiveness you won't get that in an A4, that and the exhaust tone is 100x better lol but, your mod list doesn't sound half bad.
@TSWRgtivr6Vdub - I have the 2001 A4 1.8L Quattro, all power, alloy wheels, bose speakers. Black leather and black paint, 4-door, automatic. I love the body style of the 2001 A4, I want a newer A4 but I don't like the plastic bumper in back like on the 2002 A4.
@ChasePeart12 B5 A4 ran from 1994 to 2001 S4 from 1997 to 2001 B6 A4 from 01-05 and S4 from 03-05.
The B5 is what made Audi today, it use to be Mercedes & BMW and oh btw Audi makes car too. But that all change when the B5 came out. As far as me and many other concern it was a faultless car.
@GrEeK335xi i think JHM long tunes and milltek non res should sound great!! or depending if its b6 or b7 corsa exhaust sounds great the fast intentions sounds like a great mix of raw and quiet tho...
Nice, I just purchased my 2005 S4 after owning a BMW m3. I like it, I don't love it as madly as the m3, thank god. lol But it is faster, and classier.
Your exhaust sounds good. I don't think I will be doing any mods to mine. Did that endlessly with the m3.
great looking S4! not a huge fan of the exhaust to quiet for an after market part

What are the main differences between an Audi A4 and an Audi S4?
What, if any, are the advantages of having the S4?
I only ask because I have been driving an Audi A4 for over a year now and I wanted to customize it, tell me what you guys think...
*Porsche twist wheels 17" alloy
*Rear windshield wiper
*LED head/tail lights
* I would like a skid plate underneath it or a 2" lift
*7" lcd monitor in the dash where the CD player is to play music/dvd/navigation

@assmuncher1984 well the s4 is v8 while the a4 is v4 i think. s4 has a different body kit and some things inside the car are nicer.
