iranzamin, listen, whether Arabs are ugly or not, Persians accepted Islam voluntarily. No one forced it on them. Arab Khalifas were not interested in converting Persians, because non-muslims paid a special tax for keeping their religion. If Iranians were to become Muslims, Arabic budget would suffer. I don't know why exactly Persians converted. They either really believed in Islam, OR they just didn't want to pay the money.
