In 1994 Kurt was actually happy. Everyone who knew him has said so. He had dealt with his stomach problem and looked forward to raising his daughter. He had forgiven his parents. Everyone who knew him states this, except Courtney who beats the drum -- he was depressed, etc. It's a propaganda campaign to make him look bad and cover up a murder.
Kurt was happy because he decided he was going to kill himself... a very common thing that happens to people when they decide to commit suicide. Look it up.
It is not physically possible for Kurt to have pulled the trigger with 3 times a lethal dose of heroin in his system, he would have passed out in seconds. Obviously someone else pulled the trigger. And his sleeve was rolled down and his drug paraphernalia put away as well. Kurt was murdered.
There is no possible way for there to be exact proof of that when the autopsy reports werent completley released. These are things the media made up for itty bitty bits and pieces of the information they did get. True he was high, but not high enough not be able to pull a trigger.
We have enough information. It was 3 times a lethal dose of heroin for a very addicted person. 70 to 80 times a lethal dose for a non-addict. That's a lot of heroin. Plus there was valium.
Journalists Halperin and Wallace worked with a coroner to find one example, just one, of someone with that level of heroin who remained conscious long enough to pick up a gun. There were none. Kurt was murdered.
But unfortunately that still remains a theory. To tell you the truth i dont know whether he was murdered or not. But if he was, why is everyone blaming Courtney? There is no evidence that she hired someone to do it except for someone saying she did. So are you going to believe everything as long as it is a negative comment about Courtney?
Their attorney, Rosemary Carroll found a page of her practicing Kurt's handwriting in her backpack for the so-called suicide note. Both she and Cali Dewit changed their stories repeatedly while Tom Grant was investigating Kurt's disappearance. People who change their stories tend to be guilty.
Then consider motive. Kurt was about to divorce Courtney and change his will, cutting her off financially (she signed a prenup). She was screwed financially. A lot of motive there for murder.

That's a really sweet world view but I think the reality is that there are bad people in the world that we should protect ourselves from and put distance between ourselves and them. Personally, I think Courtney is that type of person and while she is no harm to me, I think she is harmful to people she has relationships with.

I LOVE Courtney, so don't get me wrong, but...
I feel she grew into her beauty. Dramatically so. I didn't see much of the woman I now find so beautiful until about 2:00 or so.

Last 4 lines of his suicide not his hand writing, so much herion in his body he should of been dead long before he picked up a gun. The positioning of the weapon beside his corpse was on the wrong side and there was a second note with his apparent suicide note. Courtney makes multible $millions from Kurts estate every year. In 1994 Kurt was actually happy. Everyone who knew him has said so. He had dealt with his stomach problem and looked forward to raising his daughter. He had forgiven his parents. Everyone who knew him states this, except Courtney who beats the drum -- he was depressed, etc. It's a propaganda campaign to make him look bad and cover up a murder.

It is not physically possible for Kurt to have pulled the trigger with 3 times a lethal dose of heroin in his system, he would have passed out in seconds. Obviously someone else pulled the trigger. And his sleeve was rolled down and his drug paraphernalia put away as well. Kurt was murdered.

There is no possible way for there to be exact proof of that when the autopsy reports werent completley released. These are things the media made up for itty bitty bits and pieces of the information they did get. True he was high, but not high enough not be able to pull a trigger.

We have enough information. It was 3 times a lethal dose of heroin for a very addicted person. 70 to 80 times a lethal dose for a non-addict. That's a lot of heroin. Plus there was valium.
Journalists Halperin and Wallace worked with a coroner to find one example, just one, of someone with that level of heroin who remained conscious long enough to pick up a gun. There were none. Kurt was murdered.

Their attorney, Rosemary Carroll found a page of her practicing Kurt's handwriting in her backpack for the so-called suicide note. Both she and Cali Dewit changed their stories repeatedly while Tom Grant was investigating Kurt's disappearance. People who change their stories tend to be guilty.
Then consider motive. Kurt was about to divorce Courtney and change his will, cutting her off financially (she signed a prenup). She was screwed financially. A lot of motive there for murder.

Wrong!! Courtney was raised terribly and maybe it's hard for you to understand because you probably had some perfect life, but Courtney did not and that can really hurt someone emotionally. When she was 8 her uncle gave her LSD.. as a kid she was exposed to things that kids arent normally exposed to. It got pretty bad for her.
