He's a good fighter. His last couple on TUF were terrible and kind of shows how little preparation those guys get for their fights. Ryan Bader was a world of difference from his semifinal to final match too. Browning is a train wreck though once the alcy starts flowing. Junie was an asshole on UFC8 but lets not forget the judicious editing on TV. Okay, he was an asshole - period. BUT the 6 months between the show and his Kaplan fight have shown that he's knuckled down to some real traiing. He looked really good, he moved well, jabbed well, his whole game was way better.
