  • I've a learned a few syllabuses of Wing Chun. And all of them are not equivalent to his. His Wing Chun is indeed pure & powerful. Those in the market are diluted & messed up. Especially the forms, total corruption. Really hope to learn from Master TST. He's one of the best.

  • His Hui Gree Lan Chow form is superb

  • This looks strange to me. I mean he's obviously top banana in the VT world, but the standard of this looks pretty average to me, but what do I know, I've only been training 10 years and nowhere near black sash yet.

  • truly inspirational!

  • I will master this form...

  • One of the reasons Sigung doesn't like being posted on social sites such as this is the lack of understanding of the concepts. He has a very benevolent view point but is not interested in wasting his time people who have a low skill level and understanding. His is the most highly skilled Master who does not call himself Sigung, this has been conferred by others out of respect for his high level of ability and development of the internal side of the system.

  • the King of Siu Nim Tao himself, my Grandmaster, it's going to be an honour to meet him.

    小念头王,我的师公,见面他一定是我的荣誉!

  • ahahahaha sta sbagliano tutti i movimenti !!!!! ahahahah ... sn giusti ma nei dettagli è tt sbagliato !!!!!!!!!

  • Great video. That form is as authentic as it gets.

  • he's one of the senior student of Ip Man

  • GO Chu Shong Tin!!! :) legend

  • Historic, save this one to favorites

  • damn i love his pong sao, looks steady.. Too beautiful! :(

  • His Siu Lim Tau form is indeed accurate in details. A great master.

  • Getting a bit old now but I agree, he still has it! Nice flower too :o)

  • he's so COOL ~~~~^0^

  • Interesting little idea form, thankyou. With regards his centre gaurd being 'low', if he is a tall man, fighting shorter opponents, then his gaurd hand is at the optimal angle. Peace.

  • @jwhitenstall The hand should be placed at the solar plexus because that is the area with the vital organs

  • @jwhitenstall Let me elaborate this. I've learned 3 to 4 kinds of Wing Chun. The way he positioned the punch, etc - is the most accurate due to natural instinct to express the strokes for a human body (if we were to protect & attack centerline). There are many 'masters' out there who had corrupted the forms. The side-effects are:scattered chi, tightness of muscle along spine, shoulders & neck. In summary,in this era, TST might be the only one who knows proper alignment for Wing Chun system.

  • @TheCloudXTraining there is a single Wing Chun for every person. There is no need to say someone is doing it wrong. I think it is better to say everyone is doing it different, but not wrong. Maybe you can say someone is doing it good and another person better. But no one, even the beginners are doing it wrong in my opinion. Always stick to the "beginners mind" and you will never fail. All hail to the King of SNT.

  • @jomushin7 Hi, ur partially right. But definitely wrong about there's proper techniques to do wing chun. If only I could meet you, I would prove you. I have convinced existing Wing Chun students from other schools with my research and they agreed to my findings and some eventually quit from their schools. The understanding tat u've is external knowledge (stroke). Real martial art is about totality. U've to feel every bit of muscle,chi,position,sensation,etc.. U may read my blog to know more.

  • @TheCloudXTraining Iam totally with you my friend. Maybe I will take a look at your blog. . I trained a lot Qi gong in my past and have an education in Tuina. For me the SNT is the most advanced and the most essential form in Wing Chun. ;) But no one in my lineage would agree about this I think. I didn't want to critize you. I just wanted to make a global statement. I don't know why I repeated to your text. I think it is good. Best wishes from a former student in the LT WT lineage. :D

  • @jomushin7 Hi, ur from Wing Tsun? It's ok, ur kind, we're just exchanging opinions, no worries. The research of Wing Chun tat I'm doing's beyond contemporary artists' understanding. I felt something wrong with W.C. tats why I had learned from many lineages. Corrupted Wing Chun has side-effect on us which leads to Body-Deformation along the spine & neck..Many chose to ignore unless they learn Yoga to feel the proper alignment of body.By right, all arts should result in same body-alignment.

  • @TheCloudXTraining Yeah Wing Chun is total. It is about heaven, human and earth. I am a masseur and I see the muscular dysbalances everywhere, too. esp. the neckarea. I just wnted to say WongShunLeung and Tsui Sheung Tin are from the same master Yip Man and everyone has a right to do his interpretation WSL - very ground to earth and fighting and Tsui Sheung Tin with a Qi concept. But I like your view. You can see very much external Wing Tsun in the western world. But for me it is a whole art.

  • @jomushin7 They might come from Yip Man, but the reason why Yip Man allowed them to explore was because it can't be taught mechanically. And those who misinterpreted it, impart that 'mechanical' instruction to their followers. And they thought able to hit = I have mastered Wing Chun. Anyway, I'm glad tat u'd that enlightenment too, at least u stopped hurting ur body with the improper forms. Hope to discuss more with u in future.

  • I hope one day my kung fu is as good as this.

Chu Shong Tin is a great master, some of the comments below are ignorant and degrading. It's a shame . Everyone is entitled to their opinion, one of mine for example is that not everyone should be allowed to breed.

  • Mr. Tsui is one of the best students and the tallest student of Yip Mun.

    Very good kung fu !

  • do u mean literally the tallest, as in highest off the ground?

  • @movelikeacat "some of the comments below are ignorant and degrading" :- Some people knock what they truly do not understand, I say continue to learn yourself and leave them to it... :)

  • this guy is my grand master

  • where do you learn?

  • uh i learn in kogarah sydney nsw australia

the place is called HCH wing chun

  • haha, it is too low guard.

PEOPLE ARE DUMP IF THEY THINK:

that there is something in this world that is called a stance.. There is no stance that is best, or good.. You have to change stance all the time..

Wing chun do not use this as a stance, but as training for techniques:)

  • wow.. this is so amazing! that this old guy still can stand on his feet and doing so elegant moves.. that´s really cool!

    that man is hilarious!

  • Comment removed

  • wtf.. what´s your problem?? are you talking shit about my mom or what???

    idiot (ö__Ö)

  • well this is wing chun the got open the legs like this but in wing tsun knees are close and you can not kick tha ball" :P but the point of the form is not do the form fighting, its ti learn the basic moves,in the fight the step in and out all time and thas making hard to kick the at the balls, but what ever everyone have opinion :D

  • Don't just look from outside. He has a name call "King of Siu Lim Tau". His power is amazing. Now in this age, a 200 lb guy still cannot stop his tang sau. You cannot imagine his power unless you directly doing the sticky hand with him.

  • damn straight!

ive seen master Tsui Sheung Tin in action, he's got a lot of skill his old age

  • @bearbear88888888 Actually, I believe we don't have to do the sticky hand with him to know his power. As you may know, people who have Qi fields can generate and sense specific heat from others. The stronger the fields are the more easily the subjects sense or generate it. As for such a skilled master who LOOK like a thin old folk we find in parks, he must have a very very very HARD QI FIELD.

So it just take us a little Qi, then we can definitely sense his heat from far far away. ^^

  • Mr Jesus you clown, you know nothing about real Wing Chun -If you have felt Sigung's power in person you would know what I mean.

  • (cont.) If you have been doing wing chun correctly, you can instantly see what sigung is doing here - and it has very little to do with precise positioning. Because he moves 100% relaxed and non-committed to each movement, he can do anything on anyone, regardless of how hard they try to attack him or stop him!

  • im sick of all these idiots saying "oh his tan sau isn't on center"..."oh his wu sao ain't right - not protecting his neck".

If u knew anything about wing chun u would know that the power shown by sigung here has nothing dramatically to do with positioning, but rather the QUALITY and integrity of movement in his own body!!! Sigung can generate power no matter what movement he does.

Sil lim tao rather than training application, trains you how to move your body more correctly and efficiently

  • allso his wu sao is wrong as well wu sao is a throught protecter as anyone who does wing chun would know, but his wu sao is on his cheast... hmmm... how can he protect his neck when its at his cheast?

  • he doesnt need to protect his neck if he has already cracked ur nuts in2 tinneee winneee pieces... one of the 1st things u must learn in wing chun is that... there are 2 kinds of nuts... one coconut on top... guess what n where the other nuts are... n guess again which one will hurt more... r u still worried about his neck??? hahahaha.. i tell u this he knows n aware where all his bodyparts are very well where u might think is a weakness is a set up n ready to counter u n wont see what hit yah..

  • and if he doesnt need to protect his neck why does he even do a wu sao?... explain that to me.

  • ok?... his fuk sao is horribly wrong, everything elce is good but his fuk sao is at 0 deg.. it ment to be at 45, how will that be used in chi sao? the oppenet will go stright though his fuk sao,

  • u r full of shit... try doing chi sao with him to prove ur point. this man is a legend and he will beat u with his little finger including all ur masters... u understand... u know jack shit...

  • actualy, do me a favour seeing as you love this guy so much yet hate wing tsun,,, watch this vidio again BUT! read the banner behind him. he is from wing tsun.

  • Kung is power. Fu is technique. If you don't have power, you cannot stop a powerful strike no matter how accurate your position is. Some power is generate by position not as you see. 20 years ago I was almost 180lb. He made me completely lost balance w the tan sau. I tried to stop him harder and got unbalance easier. His force was not directly against my force but it was huge. His power direction kept changes although his tan sau seemed the same moving towards me. That is technique.

  • @bearbear88888888 Actually Kung/Gong Fu means "Hard Work", bur you're right ;)

  • @RicHimself I'm from Hong Kong, Cantonese is my mother tongue, and you are wrong. "Hard work" is one of the sub-meanings, but the word generally isn't used in that context. Saying that "Hard Work" as the definition of "Gong Fu", is very misleading.

  • DO you see what written in the black flag WING TSUN not wing chun!

  • actually it says Ving Tsun

  • To me it doesn't matter =] Because in chinese it's all the same xD

Tsui Sheung Tin is from the Yip Man branch, as are the people practice with, but we go with wing chun, so there's no real variation in my opinion.

  • wing chun, wing tsun and ving tsun are all the same thing, just different variations,

  • wing tsun is not wing chun wing tsun is crap kung fu. hahaha its funny but its the truth.

  • wing tsun is wich chun just with a different name, hence why there stance is the same, they do all the moves from wing chun like pak sao and lop sao,

  • why? where did you get that from?

  • Good concentration!

    My respect!

  • ur the woman

    bitch

  • years of training changes a person. one day to do something can also

  • Wing Chun was created by a woman after all ;P But its concepts are about the irrelevance of power, and power coming through not muscle, but structure. That, combined with speed and control is the emphasis. I'm proud to fight like a woman lmao

  • I agree with you...but somebody thought it said "wing tsun" as in Leung Ting's version...

  • beautiful =)

    awsum concentration

    awsum posture

    awsum relaxation

    awsum heart

    the real greatest =)

  • answer to Im better than Bruce lee, umm has nothing to do with having balls fatso your site spams any messages from incoming so i put it in such a way to show everyone that you're not only worse but absolutely fucked in the head. Anyway why am I wasting time with you? everyone on the web knows you're a fat fuck loser. If you have balls let me know, we can meet no probs

Who do you think you are you fat lump of shit? And dont bullshit us that you didnt do the Im better than bruce lee site. You're a no fat hoper looking for attention. Invent fatso do???fucking moron time waster

  • love the way you didn't have the balls to say that on my comments for everyone to see, just proves i'm better

  • The Lab Called Your Brains Ready.

  • The message below is for ghostfacekillah08.

  • okay my bitch I guess you are trying to be cute. Let me know when you have had a enough of my semen in your mouth lamadaytimebitch.

  • Wow, did you spend all week thinking that up. You must be the original motherfucking gangsta straight outta LOWCASH. FUCK YOU!

  • Two ways to lern

  • best form I see on the net. This form should be done slower but I think because of video taping he speed it up. He doing slow to gather energy internally. This to exercise the chi, not because so he can pick up the form easily. Wing Chun form is not pre-arrange kata. It's use for perfecting each technique so you can apply to chi sao application.

I wish one day I have a chance to train with him or even met him would be an honor.

  • his elbow isn't guarding his solarplexus :P

  • I guess you know more than Sifu who is recognised the world-over as 'King Of Siu Lum Tao'...

  • Im proud to say that through my first Sifu Jim Fung who i commenced training in 1972, I was fortunate enough to have done some private seminars with Grandmaster Tsui sheung Ting. What is great about him is not only his technique but his humility and eagerness to teach and help people.Rare thing with us europeans and anglo saxons

  • load of crap - I'm better - check out MY video and also watch me doing my form by typing 'Wing Dummy Form Detailed' - I'm the BEST!!

  • HAAAAAAHAAAAHAAA saw your video and you absolutely suck!!!and look at you criticing other masters like Tsui shun ting. Who do you think you are you fat lump of shit? And dont bullshit us that you didnt do the Im better than bruce lee site. You're a no fat hoper looking for attention. Invent fatso do???fucking moron time waster

  • his moves are readable and accurate like a teacher.. he loks like he doesn't want to fit when he's doing his form.. and he bows in the end.. notice how in other videos in youtube.. they hardly even bow after doing sim lim tao..

and he's doing it slowly so he can pick it up in his mind more easily.

ridicule me if you wish but

this is reflex and chess in your mind

  • what do u mean he looks like he doesnt want to fit?

  • what i mean is that while everyone is doing sim lim tao with power on the wrist turn and some are using unnecessary moves.. tho' it's classical he puts effort in his punching, jan jeung. tan saus

he's doing the performance in his way

to show ok. this is how master whoever does it

.. it maybe rigid at times.. the wrist turning may lack that ummph but thr techniques i'm putting i've done.. and that's what's going on

    i'm doing it ^__^

  • cool I like what you're saying

  • thanks i like your imput and also those who keep it positive and realistic as well.. whether pow i just got hit in the face justplaying just playing

    amitofou

  • he he he Ciao

  • Like chi goong and thi chi

  • I wouldn't laugh, I've seen Sigung Choi do one-inch "punches" with two finger tips. This is a man who is undefeated and whose longest fighest is 7 seconds.....

  • Where did you learn that? Sounds interesting...

  • not realistic talk!there is no wing chung man who would win top fighters of the world. and that man is just one of them. very odinary and doing like a robot over and over useless things!he can win his students because they fight with man who are won before fight has began!wing chung is not better than any other style.all depends on fighter.

  • want to go realistic? get inside a mma fight and prove that you are the big fighter.... stupid ass... this is a training, not a fight movement

  • a mma fight isn`t realistic... It`s a sport like all the others - nothing to do with real street situation!

  • I agree with you that mma is sport :) (otherwise, there was no rules)

  • id throw a pole at him he can move that fast but his punches could b poweerful

  • shivahk, do u also have wong shun leung 's learning video??

  • Learning can make oneself humble and know one's ignorance!

  • @ShivaHK -----hello,sihing

i am an italian student, please, where can i find sigung Tsui in hk? i would like to visit his school,if possible.thanks

  • This man punched thru the wall of a steel bank vault with only his erect penis.

  • done slowly with the gung lik (dragon breath) breathing exercise you should be just as knackerd at the end of it as you would be doing any of the hard style martial arts

  • "gung lik" is not dragon breath. Dragon is "Long" .

  • the sui lim tao should take around 40 mins to do properly and should be the same speed from beginning to end there is a faster more flicky style but this is WRONG

  • Dude, Sigung Choi is known as the "King Of Siu Lum Tao", by all wing-chun masters, everywhere, even Leung Ting and that nutcase William Cheung

  • Can someone please tell me whats so special aubout this man?

  • Sure thing, Pete. The Grandmaster looks small and fragile, but apparantly he is hung like a mule.

  • He is the last living closed door student of Yip Man. There were only four closed door students - Leung Seung, Lok yu, Wong Shun Leung and Tsui Seung Tin.

William Cheung, Leung Ting etc. Did not train for a significant amount of time under Yip Man.

Most of the Wing Chun in the world has been spread about by people like Leung ting who have made false claims about how good they are.

  • He is a very quiet, humble person who mastered wing chun a long time ago, and he deserves the respect of anyone studying the style. His school is small, and always has been (he teaches in his living room, at most 10-12 people at a time).

In Hong Kong circles he is a living legend, although many people outside of Hong Kong probably haven't even heard of him.

  • He once punched the skin off someone's arm when asked to chi sao.

  • he is a kung fu master. there is a vid of him standing on a scale with his feet together and a big 200+ pound dude is pushing on his hands, and he cant push this frail little man an inch.

  • His wc is real. He unlocked the "leem lek" which is only in the way he practices wc, and no one else.

  • my dream! come true... my dream. ;o

  • his siu nim tau is so bad its not funny, i guess thats why its titled wing chun, and not Wing Tsun

  • Wow, what a martial artist you must be. SO much respect right there. You might like to know that Yip Man announced before his death that Sigung Tsui's Siu Lim Tao was better than his own. Even if it's different to the Wing Tsun way of doing it, its no licence to flame a grandmaster. (and yes, i have practised both.)

  • Your're right dude dont let other people tell you otherwise, you know the start stop, fast flicking version of the form?, avoid it! it should be completely the same speed the whole time very hard to do indeed

  • ive never heard a more incorrect statement in my life.

  • that was directed at Wingtsuninpo btw :P

  • lol cheers, mate... wasn't up for a shit throwing contest ;)

  • umm, this guy can stand on a st of scales and have 2 big guys push him and his measley weight of 60 kgs is increadsed to the combined weight of the 2 pushers and he is not moved seriously think again, no trouble with you dude he's pretty good for a seventy year old he has actually got a mad inch punch believe it or not, please reply

  • But wait, even Leung Ting calls Sigung Choi King of Sil Num Tao......oh dear, we seem to have a conundrum....

  • its about deflection not blocking thats why wing chun works against larger opponents

  • Finally someone said it, DEFLECTION! NOT blocking thankyou very much sir

  • THAT is the Siu Nim Tau, ladies and gentlemen....

  • Good question plasboy. After a decade of "practical" ma, practitioners often go for this type of refined advanced training. I've never previously seen or heard of this man but he is a master, notice how he only uses as much strength as is needed, and generates force from within. No, this isn't particularly effective in a fight unless someone tells you the principles, but if you can already fight, this is a smart way to train power.

  • very very nice to watch. big respect!!!

  • Tsui is one of GM Yip's very first students, and the most senior wing chun master still living.

  • im curious about this ma, can anyone tell me, is this useful in a real life situation ? i dont know very much about chinese or korean martial arts, so just asking out of curiousity

  • That is really up to the practitioner. As a martial art, wing chun is the most efficient and economical. If practiced correctly, you will have no problems in a fight.

  • this is just a training ma of course you wouldn't use it in application, but i don't like the form

  • From this stance you can root, pivot, hit with both hands and also move in any direction without telegraphing it. Ideally, it is where you want to be when striking, as you have more options open. In reality the stance is in constant transition. When you strike your opponent, they move backwards and you step forwards, or if your opponents counter is strong, you step sideways, etc.

  • All the other wc stances are variations of this stance and if you can master this one, all the rest are easy. However, using this stance as an initial fighting stance before a bridge is formed is, in my opinion, a bad idea, but that's just my take on it.

  • i agree its a bad idea, to me after practicing tae kwondo for nearly 5 years, this stance is to open leaving to much for the opponent to attack.

  • I don't think it is a bad idea to have a neutral stance, as such. I don't see the point of rooting heavily if no one is near you and I think it is better to be agile. Plus, if your opponent is a mile away, putting your hands in a classic wing chun guard doesn't really give you anthing except advertising your style. I like an open stance much more than the classic leg forward stance used by TKD (and a lot of wing chun), but I guess it all comes down to what you prefer and what works for you.

  • yehh, well with TKD you dont stay fixed, (sorry if i sounds like im calling you thick, but i dont know if you have an TKD experience?) so we tend to stay light on a our feet allowing fluidity and easy manouvrebility to counter and strike the opponent

  • I've done a fair bit of maartial arts and a had a very very brief look at TKD. Aye, you guys are quick little whippets with feet flying all over the place. I am the least flexible man in the world and wing chun therefore suits me fine. People often see WC as slow feet and fast hands. I think that good WC is the other way round, being fast with the feet and delivering powerful strikes with the hands (a very basic view).

  • Rooting is especially important for us as we strike from short distances and it is a skill to hit short and hard and move quickly.

  • It's quite hard to see what wing chun is about on the internet. A lot of the videos are of chi sau and forms which can appear pretty useless if you don't know what they are for. Most of the vids are put on for wing chun people. Most people mock them because the drills look slow and not very agressive. They are not there to teach you how to fight. However, they teach you a certain skill set that is very useful for fighting. Not sparring and just chi sauing is a dangerous thing to do tho.

  • what is chi sauing?

  • Search for "Chi Sau" on here, you'll find loads. Some is good; some is...not so good. It teaches you position, reflexes to touch rather than vision, rooting and fluidity. I bet there's loads of people who can reel off loads more benefits too. It doesn't teach you how to actually fight, but it teaches you how to deal with energy and position once contact is made. It takes a long time to master, but it is good fun and you can do it whilst enjoying a beer!

  • Exactly sir thank you!

  • there is a lot of unmotivated dead fish in the sydney branch in australia

  • I like to watch.... He has reached a new level Super Sigung level 68.. no super sayan can beat him..

  • What a legend =)

  • i don't know about wing chun but surely you don't always have chance to see a master performing

  • hejhejhest, maybe next time you see someone doing this tell them SiGung is a fag. Very easy for you to be tough hiding behind your computer.

  • hypothetically speaking ( or typing in this case ) because I'm a good human being. TALK ABOUT MESSING WITH THE WRONG MAN.

I'd hate to be a black person in a dark alley at night and mugg him.

  • Why would it have to be a black person??

  • The comment i just made was aimed at fidelvis...

  • DJKaija, This is fidelvis. It would have to be a black person because , Everybody knows that black people are poor and they are the most likely to mugg someone because they need the money. If it was an Asian,He wouldn't need to mugg anybody because everybody knows that Asians are smart and don't have a problem making ends meet.

  • Fidelvis, from your naive, pathetic and obviously racist reply I can only congratulate you on buying into the stereotype hype. I also have to say that I find your comments offensive - please don't bother to respond because I won't be wasting any of my time reading your reply.

  • DKKaija,There are two things noone can dispute and those 2 things are numbers & facts.I will state a fact to asure no disagreements. The majority of people are offended by facts and confuse them for racism. if i said that most black people have nappy hair I would be called a racist for saying the truth. You are one of those people that are offended by facts. How can u hope for the world to express themselves as if they're living in fantasy rather than in their reality.

  • I've seen people doing this..

I've seen people doing this more than once..

I've seen people doing this for the first time (edit.) much mo betta than this fag fo sure..

  • anybody have a guud suggested site for a guud siu lim tao explaination and application? I am learing it, but always get confused when I work from Gan-Sao till the end part, not sure what the correct movement or the applications or the physics behind it is rite, any master or veteran can give advice?

  • dukeslaps Wow. that was about the stupidest thing i have ever herd. Ok. My friends Hyopketo teacher is 76. hes a small built asin guy. and is only 4.9, 4.11. But you would be amazed at how fast someone with years of training can do to a guy of the same rank. His best student ben could never beat him. ben is 20. and ben is about 6.2. The point i am making is. Someone who is a master of there art. could kill you within 3 hits easy. and you wouldn't even have a chance

  • great video and the form is great, he does seem very tense in moving but that is because he is simply doing it for TV rather then himself, which would take much much longer. GREAT!!

  • i think any1 doing Wing Chun with a pOsitive clean & peacefull mind are the ppl whO get the mOst out of Wing Chun. We are members of a cosmic orchestra. Each liveing instrument cOmpliments each other, & is essential 2 harmony 2 the playing of the whole.......

  • Leung Sheung did have a closed door student, as he was Yip Man's closed door student

  • I took him for a trip in the zoo like 10 years ago. He is a really nice guy and one of the true Sifu

  • Theres good and bad aspects to this form and lineage it's not as dynamic as 'Wing Tsun' or WSL VT but he seems to have a real understanding of 'generating power' and sensitivity.

Yip Man Seems to have been very inconsistant with his students. If all the lineages got together and shared their knowledge *ing *un would benefit massively.

  • this is true yet there are a lot of us in the shadows that continue the legacey, most people finish the system and still have basic kung fu. we are still closed door

  • i would kill him in 1 second

  • usually ppl like you only have a big mouth. u know nufin abt this martial art....show sum respect!...i'm 100% sure that person can knock u out w/o any pbs!!!

  • with a gun maybe

  • u fuckin people dont speak so lowly abouy this wing chun master, have some fuckin respect you no life fucks

  • that why when i goto take a shit at nite half asleep i get bigger piles but forget to flush kiyaaa

  • Waw! you can just see the consentration in his eyes I do wing chun since i was 12 im 15 now by the way! Lol i like it so much I got a book on it :)

  • also, i'd be really interested to hear what you think is so flawed and outdated in this style, especially in comparison to "wing tsun"

  • This is the subconcious control of your muscles controlled by a concious command. In other words you train muscle memory which is then triggered through focus. It is hard to explain, but surprising when you see it demonstrated, because it produces strength you don't know you had - sort of similar to the way sleep-walking people are very strong - the subconcious knows how to control your muscles better than the concious does!
