  • this recipe is awesome. really simple and delicious

  • @whitneyeddie Thank you!! Yeah!! I love this recipe too, you can make different flavours with it too. And if it is too creamy, you can replace some of the cream with milk. :D

  • were did you bought those cute milk bottles?

  • @abc123clapyourhands I got them from Hong Kong. :)

  • I love your cooking videos! Thanks for sharing a big part of yourself....:-)

    ~Miki

  • @MikisPantry yea i think they are awesome!!

  • I really want to try this, this weekend! ^_^

When you add the milk gelatin mixture, vanilla essence into cream & sugar mixture, is the heat still turned off?

  • @karmieboo once the fire is turned off, it remains turned off :)

  • @DessertzHouse Thanks!! Also is the gelatin unflavoured?

  • @karmieboo yes it is unflavoured gelatin :) he he he....

  • @SitiKumiko thank you for using my recipe! Glad that you loved it :D

  • I loved it.. :)

  • @vickyk306 thank you for using the recipe!! You should make it for your friends and family! :D

  • My kids told me its too soft and runny :( Is there a way of making them harder? Thanks

  • @ualuuanie u mean the panna cotta not setting?

  • @DessertzHouse Nope it set but not fully I think because it kind of looks like tau fu far texture smooth and a bit too soft.My kids kind of like the more springy effect.

  • @ualuuanie u can add a little bit more gelatin but I'm not exactly sure how much you should add for that effect...maybe a couple more grams of gelatin. :)

  • @DessertzHouse ok thanks will try it next week :)

  • @ualuuanie let me know how it goes...hope it gets to the texture that you and your children will like :)

  • @DessertzHouse After some trals finally got the texture that my kids like ( Added over 50gms of gelatin ) now they demand to have cocktail fruits in them :( thanks :)

  • @DessertzHouse 50grams is a lot he he he...but as long as your kids like it then that's what matters then!! hahaha...well it is good that your children like it right? hahaha

  • it looks pretty easy!

the hard part for me would be measuring the indrediants without a scale...

  • @exax0echo0 in Hong Kong, most of the recipes are in grams... :( Sometimes it is difficult to convert it into cups but there is a website called 'diana conversion' which converts a lot of the ingredients...hope it can help you :)

  • do you stir the gelatin and milk mixture at all?

  • @DaffoManiac there is no need to, you stir it when you combine the cream mixture with the gelatin milk mixture. You just sprinkle the gelatin into the milk and set it aside while preparing for the cream mixture. The gelatin will soak up the milk. :)

  • One of your best videos. Thanks for sharing!

  • @HollandAmericalover Thanks for watching!! :)

  • very cool : ) wanna have wanna have ^_^

  • Is it okay to add something to sweeten it like sugar or condensed milk? And when should I add it? Thanks!

  • @KarisseGarcia I already added sugar into the cream when I heat the cream.

  • @DessertzHouse Woops! I'm sorry. Haha! I missed that one. :D

  • Looks so delicious and creamy! Make some for me hahaha! :)

  • jellyed milk... mmmm yuk! lol I just can't get into it... guess i gotta try it and see! :/
