Barnes isn't an elite player or anything, when you compare him to other small forwards like Carmelo and LeBron. But the skill differential that is seen here, when he plays non-NBA players, is ridiculous. The work ethic, hard work, and time that they invest into what they do is what makes sports so amazing. Keep up the hard work to all those bench players, including people like Korver, Kwame Brown, Brian Scalabrine, no one in the world can even play basketball as well as those guys.
