It's not accurate to say the judiciary determines innocence the way it determines or not someone's guilt. Saying he's innocent - that's okay. Saying he's found innocent - is a misstatement. It's not right to say that innocence can be proven, that's why suspects are found not-guilty when there is reasonable doubt. It's not factual to say trials prove innocence. Innocence is never a standard of justice, else we have no presumption of innocence as a standard for indictment.

It was a travesty & injustice for the young man to be taken into police custody. This man never offered any religious info until asked by the boys. He said nothing anti-muslim. I was so moved by the young man who answered with great patience the questions of the young Arab/Muslims. But even more moved by the questions asked by the young guys. The hunger & thirst was evident in their legitimate questions, wanting to know answers. Both my parents are Lebanese,coming from a Christian background. I lived w/my dads sis after both parents died. Her husband was Muslim & I know the Muslim faith as I was exposed to it as a child. Just as Christians question, so do others.
