  • Good to see my old mate Rory still training hard; nice video, anyone know the beatie boys remix in the video?

  • Boa!!!!!! OSS!!! from Jungle BJJ Carlson Gracie Czech Republic

  • Osss

  • I trained with Tocco a few years ago for two months, two sessions a day. It's an awesome academy, he is really friendly and there are some serious guys on the mat and yes the warm ups really are that intense.

  • @wearegoliath warm ups arent supposed to be intense, its a waste of energy and robs from the main goal of the workout. If a coach doesnt know that,he shouldnt be a coach.

  • @scarred10

Tocco would disagree, so would his World champions...

  • @wearegoliath there both wrong then. The warm up whether its right or not wont make or break a world champ but its always wrong to fatigue someone before working on skill unless those skills are very well learned to the point of being automatic.Every exercise professional or good coach knows that.Tocco is a martial artist, they generally know little about how to train athletes.

  • @scarred10 Carlson Gracie himself -maybe the greatest producer of BJJ Champions ever- would have disagreed with you.

  • @shenzino carlson was great motivator ,bjj coach and fighter,he knew next to nothing about the science of coaching and exercise science, virtually no martial arts coaches do except the few either curious enough to find out or those with a formal education in the field. You can have world champs with a crap warm up or no warm up

  • Slick as, man. Love it.

  • who is the guy they call "The King of Rocinha"? His game is crazy

  • @SupaShinz - His name is Carlos Renato Moreira or "Capacete".

  • @RealRioShow that was a great reaction of his to your backstep halfguard pass attempt. He doesnt look like a young man either.

  • @scarred10 - That was a great reaction (but was not me, Dennis Asche training).

  • @RealRioShow its not dennis, the lad is an english brown belt
