from just another friend in Charleston, South Carolina!

  • i love my rainbow<3

  • BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!! Your pics are STUNNING, they fit this song and the IMMENSE talent that Marshall Tucker possessed and will forever be a "staple" in my music collection !!!!!!!!

  • @ThePg1967 thank you..<3

  • @ThePg1967 thank you, and thank you all for your comments

  • I hope they play this at Justin Beiber's funeral!! haha

  • This one makes me want my 68 red camaro back and my case in the back seat full of 8 tracks. Long hair and a cold beer out with the boys having the times of our lives. The 70's were the best time in history to be a teen. Old rockers still get it done in North Carolina. Thanks for posting a super nice memory song!

  • @hotstuffandicecream I agree 1000%! My ride was a '69 Firebird. (I miss that car) Your neighbor down here in South Carolina.

  • Thanks for uploading this track. brings back lots of memories

  • You did an awesome job on this one!! Thank you I just love Marshall Tucker seen them many times, my teenage sons love them too, they have them on their ipods. You never tire of these

  • To borrow a quote from an artist today.... "I go back..." Love the Tucker Boys and wish they were still with us.

  • Just another reason why the 70's music was so great. The boys from Spartanburg known as the Marshall Tucker Band rocked a lot of us and the best thing is they still are as we listen to these classics. I would not trade my teen 70's years for any other time in history. In this short 10 year decade I made a life time of memories and had a blast doing so.

  • Memories flood me when listening to this :)

  • @claypigeon77 Amen to that!

  • Goooooooooooood stuff!!!!!! was introduced to MTB by older brother Brad back when I was a little hell raising dope smoking teenager. This music will always be at the top as far as I'm concerned

  • This is a great song one of many from MTB. These songs will never be reproduced as they were imortalized by the players who recorded them.I learned and listened to some of them back in the 70S playing guitar and fiddle in a band myself. It was a wonderful, enjoyable, rewarding part of my life also.I thank God for living in these times then and now to enjoy them. Also like to thank the people who upload these songs on Youtube its a great thing in itself...RIDEON MTB ....GLENN PALL in New York.

  • This song reminds me of my bro.

  • love this song and band but still think fire on the mountain is better but they both are amazing

  • beautiful!

  • Fiddle and pedal steel in a "rock" band. Damn I love Marshall Tucker Band!

  • @TheDieselNut This ain't a "Rock Band" Marshall Tucker may be classified as a Country Rock, but they are definitely more "Country" than Rock. But they are awesome indeed.

  • Wow, what a great posting. Thanks for that!

  • missing ol' Dad

  • Best song by the best damn band ever

  • wow this takes me way back to another life ............

  • i need some help! i heard a song while in a restraunt, sounds very similar to this one. the fella is more talking than singing in it. The only words i can kinda remember were something like "this aint the first time this ole boy slept alone" or " this aint the first night this ole boy spent alone" any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

  • i learn but this band have tunes is great and good voices

  • Southern rock at its best, MTB rocks, the steel guitar on this will just send you into a tail spin, not to mention the fiddle.

  • pretty much good to come by, this is a sanctuary for me

  • I grew up with Wade Carpenter, his dad was their manager.

I had no idea who Toy Caldwell was.

Now when I hear this is takes me right back to the split level in spring valley and that tour bus,

hearing them play just to pass the time before they hit the road.

    Brilliant!
