With a voice like that, you don't really need the darned pedal. Lovely. You have some unique, pleasant natural overtones you should be very careful of not losing with gadgets. Stuff like compression and pitch correction could ruin those. How do I know? I use my VL 2 to mask overtones in my own voice (maybe unique but not so pleasant).

@Troglored Hiya, Thanks so much for the compliment - I really appreciate it :). Just so you know, I'm using the harmonies, reverb and adaptive tone settings on the VoiceLive 2 in this video. I don't use pitch correction in general although it can have its uses in certain situations.

Absolutely it does! If you check out some of the other VoiceLive 2 videos about on YouTube, most of these people are using standard performing mics (ie SM58) and it sounds great! I've used it live with my BETA56A and loved the sound coming back to me!

Thanks for taking the time to listen and for the compliments :) ! Let me try and answer your questions...

You'd have to record it into a DAW (recording program like Cubase, Nuendo etc) and then convert it into an MP3. You can push the harmony button on and off (although in a recording situation it may be audible through a good mic - I had my partner push the button in this instance).

The other way I could have done it, is record the vocal without harmony and then apply it after by using VoiceLive 2 as an insert effect.

The unit generates harmonies from midi sent from a keyboard or DAW. It's a regular midi connection between either your keyboard or soundcard. Hope this helps.

Thankyou :). How much time it takes to configure depends on how much editing you want to do to the presets as just about everything is customisable. Yes, it's designed to be controlled by your feet so that you don't have to bend down all the time. Personally I find it very easy.

I'm using the choir feature with just a bit of reverb - that's it. The harmonies are responding to MIDI NOTES (not normal midi).Did you want the exact settings? That may take a bit more time......
