I just can't picture the show with anyone else than Nina, Ian, Paul, Candice, Kat and the others! I'm glad they didn't portray Elena the ways she is in the book because she's annoying as hell! Nina as Elena is much more likable...
and i like reading i owne like 24 books right now and I think i am happy i didnt read the books because Then i would be complaining about the tv drama cast and wouldnt enjoy it but i like everyone.. everyone is different i dont like Caroline she bugs me.. jealous of elena

i disagree because who cares about hair color you werent in with the Casting Directors and There were probably pretty and good blonde actress but maybe they thought Nina Fit what they were look for in the Tv Drama version .. if you seen twilight and read the books and they tried to do everything like the book and ruined it. i am Impressed with the TVD producers w.e they;re called ..
