  • Fuck Fox News

  • Pretty good catch! I wouldn't have been able to spot it. What tipped you off? The lack of people or the red sign?

  • FOX NEWS is notorious for lying to their poor viewers.

  • Yes, but they forgot to mention that it was 2 months earlier at a totally different event then the event they were discussing.

  • learn to spell dumbfuck

  • @Jawnsin My friend, that "Earlier" meant "Earlier today" as opposed to "Live". Watch more news and you'll notice this convention. Something from 2 months ago would be dated. Also, if it was as you say, then Hannity would not have admitted he made a mistake and apologized for using incorrect footage--which he did after Stewart exposed it.

  • "Sarah's tearing it up everywhere she goes. There is no lie because she always draws good crowds." -- larrymondello

    Hell -- that's easy to do when you're unemployed . . .

  • Fake news from a fake news network. LOL!!

  • yeah and they sky was blue and then it turned grey

  • i think fox news is just a scam..look most of the hate news and misleading info. comes from fox biased crapy news!!! stations like fox bring divisions in America..racism and propaganda is what fox capitalises on especially since the republicans lost in last yrs elections!!

  • Im not into politics but fox news and people like hannity, oreilly and that panzy huckabee are the worse scum on the earth. They pretend to be conservative, mr hometown america when they are just spreading propaganda for the government/phamaceutical/corporate backed government and the builderburgers. It makes the middle class put there trust in them, and then they (fox) can brainwash people by telling them there lies and half truths, the lies about the economy and h1n1 etc oldest trick in book

  • The awesome thing is that FOX fans won't acknowledge the disgrace that this is. For the love of god, Montresor!

  • Let's be clear, the file footage of the September rally was used in a deliberate attempt by Hannity's producers to make the low turnout of this rally (less than 5000) look like a large turnout. This fact will be lost on the largely clueless kool-aid drinking Fixed News audience who, by virtue of getting all their news from one source, will continue to believe that the poorly attended health care protest was attended by tens of thousands of sign wielding protesters. And so it goes...

  • What is interesting is that by using Becks 9/12 footage, They claim the turnout to be up to 45,000 which are what many said Becks 9/12 TupperWare Party to be, not the 1.7 mil that he claimed. When it comes to FOX NEWS you really only have to choices. Be really pissed or just smile. Chico Brisbane does both. lol

  • @COM0fAek it must have killed sean hannity to admit this "mistake"

  • I like the way you think FOX! Pay the upfront Ad/Production cost for your 9/12 protest, bus in thousands, film the hell out of it, then PRESTO! Footage (without the cost) for all the right-wing functions you've got planned for the rest of the year!

  • @tkdmike, Hannity has been a cancer on our society for quite some time now. That would mean that the insurance companies would consider Colon Cancer to be a pre-existing condition.

  • "Can you read this to me?" How retarded!! God who could explain anything to these morons.

  • People just now waking up to the fact that FOX talking heads are liars?? Welcome to the real world!

  • what are you talking about? do you see anyone who is surprised?

  • No I do not see anyone who is surprised that FOX news is a group of liars. PANTS ON FIRE!

  • The caption on the corner said "Earlier". It does appear the used some stock footage of a earlier tea party event to give the viewers an visual. Of course, all the cable shows use loops of stock videos when they do not have sufficient video for a story. I didn't hear anyone claim that this was video of the same day, nor was it claimed to be "Live". They described the actual protest and showed stock video. What a big deal for libtards to get excited about.

  • @larrymondello14 Oh please, they "didn't have" the visual? Faux was promoting this damn thing all week and had cameras there all day. They wanted it to look bigger than it was, give me a break.

  • Keep fighting the battle of who could care less k8lennon. I still think the editing guy didn't have good footage whether lazy, cheap or dumb. You think they were intentionally misleading by showing the heads of large group of people when they said 20K people were at the days rally (a similar rally). The cameras were there all day, then there is no lie to be made. I viewed a few youtube post of the recent rally. Looked over 10K. Are people really this paranoid of Fox?

  • lol, please link me a video of that thing showing anywhere near 20,000. Hard to get more gullible than your average Fox viewer, poor things...

  • If you notice Larry, All of the actual footage is at ground level. any elevated shots where from the 9/12 file footage.

  • No, if you are going to report on an event, you don't show another event. That's foolish. But Faux News does suck as a news outlet, so maybe they would do that. But they have shown a clear history of lies and deceit, so there is no reason to give them the benefit of the doubt here.

  • what a lame excuse...you mean "earlier" like how it is used since EVER to indicate something is not LIVE but took place as you see it...just earlier that day?

i think you are confused with expressions like "file footage" or sth. like that.

btw: hannity admitted it on his program.

  • PS: i am german and had the "privilege" to grow up in east germany and FOX NEWS reminds me an awful lot of the state-run television network news we used to watch, before the real news were on on the networks from west germany. just sayin´...

  • @larrymondello14 - This is why Fox news continues to lie and do it quite blatantly. If the only thing you watch is Fox News you never see the truth shown to you. In your case, look at how hard you are trying to "believe" this. You have made up so many excuses as to why this is proper. In simplest terms, people like you want to be lied to. The lies sound so much better than reality does. The other stations spend alot of time simply debunking just about everything that Fox shows as "news".

  • Point was, there was no lie to tell. Not to make excuses. If I watched Fox only this day I would have seen "Live" footage earlier and thus would not be lied to a couple hours later by Hannity showing file footage. mazze000 claims, here, that Hannity admitted to something about this on the program. Therefore he is not lying if his admitting. Sorry, I have not seen this because I do not have cable. And your right about the time spent at other stations, they are just as paranoid.

  • The Lie is about the number people at their events and the footage is to support that lie. The "admittng" from Hannity was after being caught in the lie. It is really amazing that you can even be aware that Hannity admitted that it was false footage and still stick with your position. The Republican party is so lucky that they have such blind followers that even after a lie is proven and admitted to, you still claim it as the truth. This is why fox is not considered to be a new station.

  • larrymondello14 - If I can add one more thing, Hanniy admitted to lieing after bein exposed on National television by John Stewart and others. Admitting after to a lie means that you did lie. If not, there would be nothing to admit to. Get it? I am pretty sure, this will not affect you at all because as a Fox viewer, you enjoy being lied to.

  • DavidSilverlight - Thanks for the lead. I was able to see both Stewart's segment and Hannity's appology. I do not normally watch either because I do not have cable. Hannity regrets his show making the "inadvertant mistake" about the old video. Didn't retract from his 20K estimate. In the correct video, it looks like 10K plus. Stewart said it was 10K. Still a huge crowd for a Tues, late notice. Fox is honest to correct their mistake.

  • Hey larrymondello14, it looks like Fox made another one of those "inadvertent mistakes". While "Showing" how many people were at Palin's book signing, they showed coverage from her presidential rally. How many time does Fox need to do this before you realize that this is just their style and why, outside of people like yourself, they are not considered as News. Just propaganda.

  • It's good to know you are still paranoid about Fox News. What has it been a week and you still can't get over it? And add Sarah to your worst nightmare. I did not see it, but it sounds like it was no big deal, again. I would agree with you that they have a different style and throwing old footage in to a story occurs. However, Sarah's tearing it up everywhere she goes. There is no lie because she always draws good crowds. Everyone knows it. Both the Fox viewers and the paranoid.

  • @larrymondello14 So now it is "a different style", eh? I guess that you would call that style.... propaganda. I think that your point of view helps explain how Bush did so much damage to the country without people like yourself ever speaking up. You are an apologist that is just too comfortable being lied to. As far as being paranoid is concerned, you may want to look that word up in a dictionary. Nah, you won't, you seem pretty happy with being willfully ignorant. Good luck with that.

  • You brought up the style angle. That is part of your paranoia state to blame others. Fox News reports on a huge crowd, which is a great story in itself. Others do not cover the story at all or even degrade the people. Who is pushing propoganda? Hint: one station is reporting a story not in favor of those in power. We didn't like Bush's TARP, Medicare intitlements, ie. However, the current Gov spending is 4x worse. I'm concernd about our future, you are fixed on background footage.

  • Right, you didn't like all these things, but were completely quiet while they happened. People are blaming Fox because Fox is the one spreading lies and in turn apologizing for getting caught. You may think that nobody covers the story because Fox tells you that nobody covers the story. They recently had a piece on how nobody covered the 9/12 event, but used footage from MSNBC to show how nobody covered it. The current government is now cleaning up after the mess that people like you caused.

  • @larrymondello14 You might also want to borrow somebody's dictionary to look up the word propaganda. Apparently you don't know what that work means either. Now that all the damage is done, you blindly support an obstructionist party that is preventing the country from fixing the damage caused in the last 8 years. You should be concerned about our future based on what people of your mindset are doing. You may be waving the flag in one hand as you type your comments, but you are not a patriot.

  • @larrymondello14

Sarah's tearing it up wherever she goes? - Really? - Like at Barns & Noble where she couldn't even get out of her bus due to the booing crowd. You are right that Sarah Palin draws a big crowd, but so does a train wreck. As far as paranoid goes, I'm not paranoid. I would like nothing more then to see Sarah Palin in the 2012 Presidential race. Go Sarah! - Divide an already divided party into 3 pieces. Yeah, that's the ticket! - Go Sarah Go!

  • A good way to know when you have a good candidate is when the empty minded folks fear them. Booing a bus for no reason. Sounds like a intelligent group. You want her to be the Republican leader though. Oh wait, but you are proud of the goons blocking her bus. Sounds paranoid to me. Thanks for the update, you made my day.

  • Once again Larry, you add to the story. Who said anything about blocking her bus? - Secondly this wasn't a group of goons, but rather the general freaking public that happened to be walking down the street when a big blue Sarah Palin bus pulled up along the curb. So they started booing. It's no biggie Larry. I'm sure she's used to it by now.

  • My bad. You said she couldn't get out of the bus. I thought they were blocking it. Why else would she not be able to get out? Because I am not paranoid of Sarah I do not follow her 24/7. Realizing this and not to read your explanation, I did a quick search for the real story on this event. The only story similar to this is when some of her fans booed her for not signing her book, as she was leaving (not getting off the bus). Turns out she can't please everyone. Who knew.

  • Yes! and when they do that they use "file footage" not "earlier" as if it's the event they are currently reporting on.

  • First of all, the 20,000 number is a lie! There were between 4000 and 10,000 there only, according to DC police. Counting the lies on Fox is getting downright dizzying.

  • not surprising, when it's 10k, they say 45k, when it's 40k at the 9/12 thing they say over a million!

and LOL at "we didn't organize this, not a single bus" when an industry front group brought people in on a fleet of busses.

  • FOX does this ALL THE TIME. You have to remember, they are playing to idiots. The idiots will never know, and believe everything they see and hear.

  • Depends on your definition of Fail. Amtrak at least is wildly SUCCESSFUL at spending more money then they make.

  • Is there a railroad anywhere on the planet that isn't subsidized by government? By your definition the European rail systems fail as well. Ever been to Europe? Ever taken a bullet train in Japan?

Instead of paying slightly higher taxes for transport, Americans prefer to spend thousands of $ a year on car loans, auto insurance, highway taxes, and propping up corrupt Arab regimes to ship us cheap petrol.

At least when we subsidize a railroad, most of the $ stays here.

  • @SensibleYou guys try really hard to ignore facts and reality. I guess because it does not support your positions. That is why you watch Faux news, right? They leave facts and reality completely out of the picture.

  • Anyone have a link to the original show, so that this claim can be verified?

  • Hate is not a family value.

  • Fox News scum!

  • I wouldn't be surprised if a new sex tape surfaces staring Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin called " Bitches of the GOP"!

  • Bacheman is such a sicko! Such a blatent liar! The GOP/Taliban Teabaggers Society is full of lying members, emphasis on 'members' -- as in lying dicks!

  • The intellectual dishonesty of Fox "News" never ceases to amaze. But what would you expect from an uneducated apparatchik of the GOP.
