The first Viv was the best in the part. The 2nd was drab Ms Reid had another sitcom with Tim Reid, her husband - can't remember the name). But the first actress while good in the part, appears to be completely ego driven. Didn't make any friends on the set and when push came to shove. She pushed and they shoved back. Shoved her right out on her tush and apparently, she never got off it. If she was that and the chips that she claims, Broadway should have welcomed her with open arms - didn't.

I loved the way Janet Hubert (1st Vivian) acted. She was funny. She was basically like the fun aunt. Daphne Reid (2nd Vivian) was ok. I was a bit too mature she had some good laughs but Janet played a better Vivian Banks. I just don't like the actual person she is now-a-days thinking she's all that. You were great but please enough is enough...

This was AWESOME! The first Aunt Viv was SOOOOOO much better than the second! The first had a voice like butta and gave the most empowering pep talks. The second just walked around carrying baby Nikky all day
