This was my favorite song since I was a very young kid. I think this video was a setup; not as bad as it looked. I doubt if any parent would leave their kid this way; maybe 1 in a million. No need to worry about this child. Nothing ever happened to her; simply a video setting.

I am lucky to have a beautiful daughter at a similar age to the one in the vid - the thought of her sitting alone cuts me in half. My liitle girl is sleeping beside me and she will NEVER be alone as I cannot live without her.
I had always associated this song with the psycological abuse my mom had put me through. when I saw this video it made me cry because it told the story of how I felt inside growing up. Now I have something that symbolizes it. Thank you!!

No matter what you think of the video the message is the same. This song reminds me of my neice. She had two parents that did not take care of her and I got temporary custody of her and set my brother straight and now my brother is a great single parent and she is a good kid. It takes a whole family to raise a child and I thank God I was there. He asked me not to give up on him and I didn't and he has never let me down.

What a heart-wrenching video. This is one of the reasons why I vow to help other people, esp children, in the future. I come from a third world country, and have seen far worse things than this.
