@Velox I think he was referring to Nakago's voice actor (seiyū) Tōru Furusawa, voice acting is/was (I don't know the current state) pretty big in Japan. They even release albums, Which was what Nuriko and the others were referring to earlier.

@dkhluv85 Voice actors (seiyū) in Japan is/were ( I don't know the present climate) pretty big. Major Idols, they've even branched into singing. I think Chichiri and Tasuki were implying that Mitsukake's seiyū wasn't doing so well in that particular area.
