@thecheeseheads101 Good for you then! We can twist cradle as well but we didnt do that here. Yes I know the bases are too far apart. We shouldve been much closer. In this video we were 15 & 16. And we have just started cheering for a few months. And you can see we have no mats or anything. This was our usual practice spot! Very unsafe i know but we had no resources. So it kind of limited us in a way not to do harder stunts :/
shes like doing the splits in the air the bases need to be not afraid to be close
me being a flyer, when i go up to a steraight full, i dont want to be doing the splits in the air haha its VERY uncomfortable. U should try what you just did but instead of a pencil down you should do a cradle or do a cradle from the straight to full
i know everyone is basically sayin this, but bases, closer together! but hey, at least she knows they need to be

UMMM how old r u guys! I'm in 6th grade and we can do that and we can twist cradle! and bases r wayyyy 2 far apart!

Yeah - you're bases should be able to smell each other's b.o. That's how close together they should be.

if you want to craddle her
make the bases come in closer
so it'll be easier for both the bases and the flyer

Erm we weren't trying to do a cradle.. Just a normal extension and sponge down.. Thanks for the comment though! (:
