I read that person's blog. That is a Maine Coon cat, which naturally gets as big as some medium dogs, anywhere from 15-25 lbs for males, with some rare ones getting up to 28 lbs while still considered healthy. A large Maine Coon could be as big or bigger than a small Beagle or Cocker Spaniel, who can range from 15-30 lbs depending on height. Though that woman admitted that her Maine Coon was a little overweight, her cat doesn't seem obese like the other pets on the video.

My very beloved cat was huge and happy. He lived to almost 19. He weighed 26 and had a 24in. waist. He also had lots of long fur. He was happy and loved. I nursed from the day he got sick and senile til the day he died. I cried my heart out that day. He was not abused.

yes really... because you are literally "killing them with kindness". overweight animals suffer from many forms of illnesses, just like humans. So needless to say, people who overfeed their animals are just trying to kill them off sooner

I think what is in the food has more effect on health then weight. Think about it, most of the stuff in food, both human and pet food, most people don't even know what it is. And alot of it shoulden't even be consumed let alone exist
